Extremely pleased with my flower order

My plants arrived at just the right time for planting in my zone. They were very well packaged so that they arrived as healthy specimens. The begonia, fuchsias and coleus all have unique, vibrant colors. Will order again next year.

100% satisfied with my order

100% satisfied with my order. Fantastic plants. I was not expecting anything great like I have received from other sites, but I was completely surprised and pleased at the quality of the plants I received. I will return and place more orders. You folks are now my go to guys for my flower/vegetable plants. Shipping was later than I expected, but I guess lots of places are behind due to Covid. Packaging was wonderful, all safe for the mailing. I am very pleased. Thank you.

Happy customer!

I have ordered from GrowJoy the last 4 years and I'm very happy with their plants. They ship healthy plants and are well packaged when they arrive. All my plants and shrubs are still thriving.

Where are the hydrangeas?

I placed an order on 4/19/2021(order#484862) for two Echinacea plants and two Blue Jangles hydrangea plants. I received the Echinacea plants, but never received the hydrangea plants. I have called numerous times, left messages when able to, to no avail. I have also emailed several times, no response. This is totally unprofessional. Please reply.

This is the email I sent last week:
I tried calling, but that doesn't work. I ordered my tomatoes on 5/15, promised shipping date was this week, I do not yet have them. I am not a happy customer. If I had known how bad your service is, I would have driven over and just picked them up. I understand busy, but planning should be involved as well. You were my last hope for one of my favorite tomatoes and I am very disappointed. I really hope they arrive today.

Like others....have not received plants....have not received answers from customer service. The times I did get an answer it was "will be shipped this week"; "will be shipped next week"; "crop failure - will be shipped 6/6/2021". Nothing since. No answer to their phone. No response to the emails. The customer service is not pro-active (close to non-existent). I actually understand being shorthanded (same situation where I work) but not the lack of response. My plants which were supposed to start shipping 4/19/2021 have not arrived....but are still showing as "available" on the site. Very frustrating

Poor product and service

Poor product and service
I ordered 24 geranium plants, along with 3 phlox plants, on March 10 at a cost of over $200. The shipping date kept getting pushed forward week by week without explanation. The plants finally arrived yesterday, June 15, in a crushed box with loose adhesive tape. This created an opening that allowed the plants to dry out. The soil was dry, some leaves were dry and brown around the edges, and other leaves fell off. Several plants were root bound in their pots. I planted all the geraniums immediately, watered them copiously, and added a solution of Miracle Gro to the soil. Even after having been planted, the foliage of the geraniums looks pale and weak.
I sent an email to the company, expressing my keen disappointment with these costly but poor quality geraniums and their late delivery and careless packaging. I have not received a reply. I tried calling them, only to hear a message that their mailbox is full.
In my opinion, Grow Joy should have behaved honorably and notified me that they could not fulfill my order with the quality product they advertise on their website, and returned my money so I could shop elsewhere.

I won't order from them again

Everything arrived on time, but many plants were practically dead. I sent pics. They asked for more info, which I sent. Not all plants were received. 1 was missing, 4 were a lost cause and 2 looked like they had some sort of disease. They wanted a list of the plants so they could process a refund. That was over 3 weeks ago and now they don't respond to emails requesting status of that refund.

Lack of Communication About Delayed Shipments

I will add to the chorus of dissatisfied customers. The most glaring aspect of the delayed shipments is the lack of communication. I see in the responses that Growjoy claims they have sent three rounds of e-mails to people with delayed orders. I have not received any of these e-mails in my regular inbox or spam folders, and I am clearly not alone. I have been getting the regular sale announcements instead.
I think Growjoy should not charge orders until they are shipped. They are not in any position to fill the orders, communicate about the delays, or process refunds. It is doubly frustrating, because the growing season is not long in my area, but I have already spent the money on plants that I don't have and have no idea if I will ever receive. So do I risk spending more money somewhere else when the plants from Growjoy might be shipped a month from now and they will refuse to give me a refund? I am completely hamstrung.

I placed an order for tomato plants on…

I placed an order for tomato plants on May 16th. State it would be here the week of 6/6/21. Have not received them I have sent them two emails because I needed them to be delivered that week. I am going on vacation this week and will be gone for 2 weeks. So if they are delivered now they will die on my porch. I have emailed them twice no response. I requested a refund because at this time I cannot get them in the ground.I have called 10 times there is no way to leave a voicemail. The order number was 492399.
I placed a second order on 6/6/21 which was the same week as the tomatoes were due.received them on 6/10/21 which was fantastic. However the plants that came in half of them were dried up or broken. This order number is 498434.
I am really disappointed and would like a refund for all of it. I don't know what's going on with this company right now I ordered last year during the pandemic and got heirloom tomato plants they were beautiful group perfect. So it can't be the issue of the pandemic. I just want my money back I've spent a lot of money!!

Don't order from this company

I placed two orders in the Spring. One arrived and one has not. Their response is delivery is scheduled for the week on 5/31. Well it's 6/14 and no delivery.
They are not responding, saying they are too busy. If that is the case they should hire someone for customer service.

I placed and order on May 12th that was…

I placed and order on May 12th that was guaranteed to be shipped the week of May 30th. These plants were a Mother's Day gift. As of June 14th, no update on the order and they have not been shipped. I've called 3 times, I've emailed their customer service twice and have heard nothing. At this point, I would like a refund, as it is getting quite late to plant tomatoes in Zone 6.
I had high hopes for Growjoy after reading reviews from last year, but I am very disappointed. #mothersdayfail

I would like a refund.
